Free yourself from the burden of past limitations and open yourself to a deepening sense of unconditional love and inner peace. Discover what’s underneath the personal narratives we create to survive and access the authentic self we all inwardly yearn for. This immersive retreat facilitated by Stephen Gray creates a safe container for you to dive deep within your soul. Stephen will be joined by Conscious Dance Master Bernice Raabis, who will augment the journey with movement practices.
This all-encompassing 3-day meditative experience is designed for anyone interested in exploring their own healing and spiritual awakening. People are often very surprised at the potential of cannabis when encountered in this way. The safe and skillful container Stephen creates will allow you to go as deep as you want to with this beautiful medicine that is uniquely powerful and gentle at the same time. This experience is perfect if you want to learn how to use cannabis in a more conscious, intentional way. People at all levels of experience with this plant teacher will find great benefit in this retreat.
Using thoroughly “field-tested” organic inhaled and (mild) edible cannabis, your guides for the weekend will weave together guided and silent meditations; sound and movement healing; visualization and breathwork practices; sensory enhancement; simple chanting; meditative nature walks; and sharing sessions—all designed skillfully and specifically for deep self-care and rejuvenation.

You get to appreciate just how your meditation is going and how your senses can be resonant doorways into profoundly alive inner spaces and inspirations. Stephen leads with heart and a soulfully musical touch.

I had a sense that I was being led by a wise soul who knew the terrain making it possible for me to focus deeply on the experience. – Bruce Sanguin, Psychotherapist and Author
