We are inviting you to join us for a weekend with Abuelita and Continuum, April 5-8th, 2024 in the Kootenay’s. The Sentinel is a  stunningly beautiful lakeside retreat centre near Kaslo, BC where we will gather for a weekend of deep healing and transformation, prayers and celebration for our lives and our families, communities and the planet.
