Experience Deep Play:
In Sanskrit the term “Lila” most aptly describes the idea of deep play.
Deep play is that moment without time when one is totally absorbed in their chosen activity, oblivious to and deeply connected inside time and space. It is when one is totally focused and unhindered by internal and external judges. Some call it the flow state. It is a profound, active, still, meditative place that is always transformative, joyful, perhaps cathartic. Full of paradoxes yet fully connected to one’s essence with ease and maybe even rigor. These moments create signposts to our purpose in life.
Such mysteries can be elusive to attain and yet are accessible through learning to gently focus one’s mind in an unfettered way.
