New scientific research has proven that our brains are more plastic than previously thought, that we are able to change the way we think, rewire the neural pathways in our brains and thus, change our lives. In this weekend retreat, alongside a medicine which amplifies the potential for brain plasticity, we will be teaching you how to re-pattern the old ways of being and create new stories, new habits, new beliefs which are life affirming, healthy and assist you in the journey of reaching greater states of wholeness. Our intention is to teach you how to work deeply with your own body and presence yourself in new, integrative ways which pave the way for profound and lasting inner change, recreating the way you see yourself and the world.
This space is held safely and with an emphasis on personal empowerment and sovereignty. Within ceremony there is a mix of traditional songs, music, guided practices, shamanic clearing, blessings and spaces of silence. Each person is encouraged and asked to be in their own experience within the group setting to allow complete surrender to the inner unfolding. During this time, all forms of safe processing are welcomed, allowed and are held and supported by Reanna and Lauren.
