Transformation, radiance, deep peace, focus are easily available through sound healing practices. Learn sound practices that will profoundly support your life the way you imagine it.
Crystal bowls, gong, mala making, Sanskrit mantras are just some of the practices that will invite you into your essential eternal self.  Invite the divine into your life by honouring the teacher within.
The July full moon is, according to Vedic tradition, when all Gurus are honoured.
The beauty of this retreat is not just in its content and location, but its timing in relation to the moon and sun. They will be both at their peak.
Ha means sun and tha means moon. Hatha yoga is a process of joining of polarities.
Join Odette and Ron as your guides as you navigate the high energy of this powerful time of year in preparation for releasing what is no longer necessary in your life.

“Without love, all worship is a burden, all dancing is a chore, all music is mere noise.”

~ Rumi

Experience Deep Play:

In Sanskrit the term “Lila”  most aptly describes the idea of deep play.

Deep play is that moment without time when one is totally absorbed in their chosen activity, oblivious to and deeply connected inside the layers of time and space. It is when one is totally focused and unhindered by internal and external judges. Some call it the flow state. It is a profound, active, still, meditative place that is always transformative, joyful, perhaps cathartic. Full of paradoxes yet fully connected to one’s essence with ease and maybe even rigour. These moments create signposts to our purpose in life.

Such mysteries can be elusive to attain and yet are accessible through learning to gently focus one’s mind in an unfettered way.

We are offering a 1 day Commuter Mala Making option for $140.00.

This includes:

1 Yoga Class

1 Organic vegetarian Lunch

Mala Making materials, guidance and Mantra chanting
