The Sentinel Presents

A Sacred Meditation with Abuelita for the Spring Season. This event will be held by two facilitators who bring together the different traditions they have trained in (Shipibo & Quechua-Mestizo) and have been evolving their work together for over 12 years. You will be held through your preparation, retreat experience and integration with integral support for your specific needs and inspirations to join.

The Sentinel is a stunningly beautiful lakeside retreat centre in the Kootenays near Kaslo, BC where we will gather for a weekend of deep healing and transformation, prayers and celebration for our lives and our families, communities and the planet.

This retreat includes:
