The Sentinel Presents

A Sacred Meditation with Abuelita for the Fall Season. This event will be held by two facilitators who bring together the different traditions they have trained in ( Shipibo & Mestizo) and have been evolving their work together for over 12 years. You will be held through your preparation, retreat experience, and integration with integral support for your specific needs and inspirations to join.

The Sentinel is a stunningly beautiful lakeside retreat centre in the Kootenays near Kaslo, BC where we will gather for a weekend of deep healing and transformation, prayers and celebration for our lives and our families, communities and the planet.

This retreat includes:

How to REGISTER

NEW TO MEDICINE WORK:

1. You are required to complete this Plant Medicine Application. (Please note that prescription drugs, recreational substances, and several foods can interact negatively with this work. This work is not appropriate for persons with certain medical conditions, mental health history, or for persons using certain medications ie, antidepressants/antipsychotics)

Thursday, October 23rd:

3:00pm-4:00pm Arrive and settle into Malcoa

5:00pm-6:00pm      Orientation in Maloca | Intro Session

6:00pm-6:45pm Dinner 

Friday, October 24th: Medicine Day

7:30 -8:30 am Yoga with Josana

9:00-10:00 am Breakfast 

10:00am-2:00pm Group Integration Session in Maloca 

2:00pm-3:00pm Lunch 

3:00pm-7:00pm Break and Preparation for Ceremony & Bodywork offerings

8:30pm Evening Ceremony in Maloca *** Fruit Plates required 

Saturday, October 25th:  Medicine Day

9:00am-10:00pm Breakfast

10:15-1:00 pm  Group Integration Session in Maloca

1:00pm-2:00 pm Lunch

2:00-4:00 pm Breathwork Journey with Katherine Rosenstein 

4:00pm-8:00 pm Rest and Free Time

8:00-1:00 pm Evening Ceremony with Grandmother ***Fruit Plates required 

Sunday, October 26th:
