Please join us this fall for Your Sacred Self Retreat at the Sentinel Retreat Center in Kaslo, BC. Connect to your sacred self; mind, body, emotions, and spirit through movement, education, yoga, breathwork, chanting, community, laughter, plant-based vegan food, rest, and relaxation.

This retreat is for everyone and anyone that loves to move or wants to increase their joy of movement.  Reagan has been guiding people through dance and yoga for 19 years since she first became a Nia instructor.  Ask any Nia practitioner to describe Nia and you will get a number of answers. More than just a workout, Nia fills a void where other traditional fitness programs fall short.  A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices, Nia is a holistic movement & wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, and soul.

Yoga classes are woven into the day with a more energetic practice in the morning and a more gentle, restorative practice in the afternoon and evening.

The weekend is organized into 4 different focuses: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.  The education sessions will allow participants to learn, share and dive a little deeper into their own bodies and life experiences.  There will also be nature connection sessions where we get outside and explore some of the natural beauty Kaslo has to offer.  Creativity sessions will be offered as a way to express through art and writing.  There will be a great balance of free time in the afternoons after lunch, before supper, and after yoga in the evenings to be able to enjoy relaxing in the sauna, hot tub, or whatever you choose.  Your host, Reagan, has led retreats in BC, Saskatchewan, and Mexico, has owned her own yoga studio and has been teaching health and wellness for over 20 years.
