Marj

Marj completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2009 and has been teaching yoga since, but her love affair with yoga began over 30 years ago.
For the last twelve years she has been teaching yoga at Nelson and District Community Complex.
She draws inspiration from many different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ahstanga and
Yin.She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, and her goal is to teach and share the many gifts of yoga, generously and
respectfully.
