Dr. Pam Nicholls

Dr. Pam Nicholls is a retired family physician and yoga teacher in the Ashtanga vinyasa lineage. Throughout her time as a practitioner, whether with families at her own practice, with street youth at the Victoria Youth Clinic (now the Foundry), or on the mat, she has sought to embody the power of love and of the body-mind connection in healing and wellness. She currently volunteers with Elder Dogs, helping with dog walks. She is the mom of four kids and loves to garden, write, walk by the ocean with her dog Olive, and spend time with loved ones.
