Reanna Costa
Reanna Costa is a somatic therapist, teacher, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and groups through processes of healing, transformation, and embodied awakening.
Drawing from the lineage of Hal Boulter, as well as extensive training in somatics, breathwork, attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and transpersonal psychology, Reanna is the founder of The Boulter Method — an integrative approach that weaves together body awareness, relational healing, breath, emotional processing, and expanded states of consciousness.
Known for her grounded presence, depth of insight, and ability to create profound safety, Reanna supports people in uncovering the unconscious patterns that shape their lives and relationships. Her work invites participants beyond symptom management and into a deeper relationship with themselves, where lasting change becomes possible.
Through retreats, trainings, private intensives, and group programs, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with the wisdom of the body, restore trust in their own experience, and move toward greater freedom, authenticity, and wholeness.
Reanna lives and works in Blind Bay, British Columbia, where she facilitates retreats and professional trainings through Chanté Ishta Retreat & Healing Centre.
