Richard Kay

Richard Kay is a dedicated to having  men’s  community work, having been a part of a men’s team for 25 years. He values this association greatly and considers it one of his most cherished connections.

In addition to his involvement in the men’s team, Richard is also known as the co-founder of The Sentinel and a founding member of the Psychedelic Association of Canada (PAC).& a big supporter of Vancouver food bank. These organizations reflect his commitment to personal growth, spirituality, and fostering community.

Richard is married for 30 years and is the father of two adult children. (both out of wedlock )

When it comes to his personal philosophy, Richard may be heard to say “stay in your heart” and “remember who you are.” These expressions reflect his belief in the power of love, self-awareness, and staying true to one’s authentic self.

Richard’s dedication, wisdom, and warm-hearted nature make him a valuable member of the men’s Team community. He brings a wealth of experience and a genuine desire to support and uplift others on their personal growth journeys.
