My journey of self-discovery began 25 years ago when I traveled to India at the age of 18 to study yoga and meditation. A health crisis at 23 sparked a deeper path of healing and transformation, leading me to explore various awareness practices, healing therapies, and teachings.
I am an Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Inquiry-Based Coach, and retreat facilitator and a mother with training in pre and perinatal/attachment and bonding, process work, somatic therapies and parts work.
I am dedicated to creating safe and sacred containers for deep transformation, self-discovery, and integrated healing. My passion lies in fostering intimate connections, wholesome embodied awareness, guiding others on their healing and awakening journeys.
My experience on the path with the grandmother medicine of the amazon began 16 years ago, and I met who came to be her core Medicine Teacher, Doña Cristina, over 12 years ago. Cristina represents and honors the evolving path of the Quechua-mestizo tradition in Peru. The sacred songs and ways which have been passed on and move through her, and have been shared with me, hold deep resonant vibrations of harmony, health and an unshakeable trust in the power of love to hold, heal and integrate all that arises.
