Sarah Darval

Sarah is passionate about creating space for collective flow and precious stillness as a means to a deeper experience of embodiment. Sarah’s yoga classes are infused with intention, weave creative movement with intentional sequencing, and invite students into the state of flow. Sarah is a dedicated student of Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Soto Zen Buddhism and Ayurveda and looks forward to sharing flow yoga classes, meditation & pranayama as well as Ayurveda workshops on the retreat.
