Group Meditation with progressive instructions: 7:00 – 8:00 am 

Breakfast and free time: 9:00 – 10:00 am 

Group space guided Meditation: 10:00 – 11:00 am

Brief break in nature 11:00– 11:15 am

Writing reflections, group Q & A, and dialogue: 11:15-12:30 pm

Walking and nature: 12:30-1:00 pm 

Lunch & free time: 1:00 – 3:00pm 

Guided Meditation: 3:00 – 4:00 pm

Group Q & A & Discussion 4:00 – 5:00pm

Yoga: 5:00 – 6:00pm  (optional) 

Nature walk: 6:00 – 6:30 pm
