What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an experience in which multiple crystal singing bowls are played simultaneously, literally bathing you in sound. The Alchemy Crystal Bowls are made from 99% pure Quartz Crystal, vibrating at frequencies that produce powerful, coherent sound waves. Because our bodies are crystalline in nature, they recognize and respond to these bowls as if meeting an old friend — and their organizing intelligence knows how to come back to harmony, ease, peace, and unconditional love.
