A women’s retreat to embark on a heart centered creative journey of self discovery!

Creativity is the language of the soul. This nourishing retreat will be woven together with mindfulness practices including: intentional painting, connecting, journaling, yoga, conscious breathing, womb massage, sharing circles, Earthing in nature and fuelled with nourishing food.  The Intentional Creativity™ community spans world wide with tens of thousands of women using this approach to nurture deeper relationships with themselves. The inquiries are explored within the safe container of 13 steps. During this process there is an invitation to reveal hidden aspects of ourselves that are ready to be seen.

The canvas becomes a mirror which often reflects our internal terrain. Through conscious and loving observance of who we are, we may choose to transform patterns and beliefs that do not serve us. Intentional Creativity is not an outcome based process and it’s not about having skill or talent as a painter. It is a mindfulness practice to choose love every step of the way home to who we really are. You will receive loving support and guidance to meet your magnificence. As inherently creative beings we have the ability to utilize our creativity to spark new circuits of possibility. The paintings become an artifact of this inquiry process. It’s something we can look upon as a reflection of our discoveries.

No Painting Experience Is Necessary. Canvas, paints and basic supplies will be included in the tuition.

Testimonials:

“I was blown away by my experience in Maasa’s workshop. Maasa’s passion for helping others uncover their personal gifts and strengths is amazing. As someone who feels very shy and vulnerable when it comes to creating art, I felt completely safe and nurtured during the whole process. The intention and sacred space that Maasa held throughout the workshop was deep and powerful and it really fostered a feeling of relaxation, joy and playfulness while uncovering and claiming my gifts to share with the world.
I can honestly say the painting process felt like the deepest therapy I have done and I am still in awe of it.  Thank you so much for offering this course. It truly was the biggest gift”” -Rebecca Coull
Spending the day with Maasa opened up a new doorway into my self healing. As a creative and a yogi, the process Maasa guided us through really spoke to me. With tears of acceptance and giggles of understanding, I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the depths of intuitive creation. I was affirmed, inspired, and gently given more perspective and self reflection as to what subtle aspects of my personality may be driving my life unconsciously forward. I also had my love of painting rekindled!
Thank you so much Maasa!
-Jade Bridger
“Maasa skillfully led us through a deeply engaging visualization to help us release old patterns and stuck beliefs. She reinforced these shifts by having us paint, releasing the old, and reclaiming our gifts to carry into the present. Maasa made me feel safe and held in this sacred container. She is a compassionate facilitator. Thank you for this beautiful experience!”
