Whether you want to practice yoga, stretch, or simply unwind, you’re welcome to jump into individual sessions or dive into the full immersion experience!

*Lunch will be provided both days.

DAY 1 | Saturday October 3rd: Karuna + Paul Erickson & Trisha Wilson

10:00 – 1:00 pm – Heart Yoga

1:00 – 2:00 pm – LUNCH

2:00 – 5:00 pm – Heart Yoga

Autumn is a sacred threshold—a time to gently release and transform outdated patterns that no longer serve us, receive the essence of what is deeply true for us, and reflect on the abundant harvest of our lives. During this season, we are called to slow down and listen to the wisdom of our hearts.
Returning Home is an invitation to remember who and what we are and experience our interconnection with all that is. As we connect with the beauty around us in the peaceful surroundings of The Sentinel, we will practice gentle yoga and heart-centred meditations. Together we will create space to rest deeply, receive fully, and open ourselves to the grace that is ever present when we stop striving and simply allow ourselves to be.
Whether you are seeking renewal, clarity, rest, or space to reconnect with yourself, this retreat is an invitation to come home  to the loving presence that we all truly are.

DAY 2 | Sunday October 4th: Katherine Rosenstein and Robert Blackmore

10:30 – 12:30 pm – Breathwave Circle with Katherine Rosenstein

1:00 – 2:30 pm – LUNCH

2:30 – 4:30 pm – Sound Healing & *Light Code Readings with Robert Blackmore

Katherine Rosenstein’s approach to breathwork is gentle and empowering, guiding clients to harness the transformative power of each breath. As a ceremonialist, she creates a sacred space that honours the profound medicine of breath, drawing on ancient traditions and insights from leading experts to foster self-inquiry and deep transformation. Her sessions offer a safe, restorative practice that reduces stress, enhances self-awareness, supports emotional exploration, and promotes relaxation — valuable tools for personal growth and healing.

Robert Blackmore closes the weekend with Sound Healing and Light Code Readings. This session offers a deeply restorative journey through therapeutic sound, followed by *personalized light code readings — an opportunity for profound relaxation and individual insight to carry home from the weekend.

*Please note – light code readings are an additional charge of $55/person paid directly to Robert
